Creator of the DiamondValue Coaching Program:
For years, as a recruiter I have interviewed candidates and uncovered their value to an organization during the interview. If they were not a fit for the position I was screening them for, I found myself coaching these candidates to know and be in their distinct value first and foremost upon interviewing which places them at an advantage. Value coaching has always been part of my interview process.
