Diamond Value Coaching Model

Through the Diamond Value Coaching Model, my clients get to dust off and polish the diamond within.  The diamond is symbolic of your inner value to the outside world. The shape of the diamond is a vector representing wholeness. When you reside from the value within and know your offerings; you are one with self, confident, trusting life and ready to serve.  Being in your value and sharing your offerings produces the law of attraction bringing like-minded people together almost automatically to co-create.

This coaching model evolved through coaching executives who were seeking to transition to other companies.  The four shifts that occurred over and over again were Lack to Oneness, Disbelief to Confidence, Doubt to Trust and Ego to Service.

The shift to oneness came by being with self and reflecting on experiences to gain awareness into strengths, contributions, skills and or professional accomplishments thus, connecting and uniting with one’s offerings.  “We all have greatness!”

The shift to confidence in self came by noticing a recurring theme within the offerings to uncover or dis-cover the value within, one’s true being or higher self.  Discovering and knowing one’s values as well tapped into the value within.   “Confidence is knowing who you truly are.”   i.e. “You are a Builder.”  “You are a Leader.”

The shift to trust came through identifying and releasing limiting beliefs or blocks to move into action to create ideal opportunities.  Therefore allowing trust in the 3P’s, people, process and path.  “We are in the driver’s seat!” “What are you going to create for yourself today?”  “This is a blessed time!”  “Attain your value, create your life.”

The shift to service came by residing from the value within, exploring the landscape and getting on peoples radar to share one’s offerings to identify organizations in need. “The world is full of new people, ideas and information waiting to be explored.”  “Take the Y-O-U out of the equation; it’s about others.”  “We never know where connections will lead and take us.”  “Who needs your offerings?” “It only takes one train to stop at the station.” “The world is waiting for you!”

When my clients shifted to Oneness, Confidence, Trust and Service the law of attraction started happening automatically bringing like-minded people into their lives to co-create to meet the needs of organizations.  “Pay attention to whom and what is showing up for you.” “Explore, Dream, Discover.”  “Creation takes place through the path of least resistance.”
